Troubleshooting Access to the Databases

If you were in the databases, but got kicked to an error page when you tried to go from the main page to the EBSCOhost databases page or any of the other databases listed on the main page, first try hitting the back button to go back to the main EBSCO page and then try going to your database page again.

If that doesn't work, try clearing your browser history (choose Options, Clear History), close your browse and wait a few minutes (go make a cup of coffee or tea). Then start over, by logging into D2L, and then try accessing your database again.

Remember that you can't login directly through EBSCO; you need to login through the page with the CCCOnline logo.
